It’s hard to understand why this property is on Travelocity. It’s extremely run down. Cracked paint, mold in bathroom. Stained carpets and comforter. We checked in, changed clothes and then left and booked somewhere else down the street.

We loved staying there and we will be back. Son lives in wheat ridge but we like to be more in the mountains. Beautuful downtown and restaurants. We loved our deck right by the river. The street door doesn’t flow well on the tracks but otherwise we loved our room. .

Very disappointed with this property. From the unfriendly help at the desk to the rundown property. We rented two rooms and both room rooms, not only needed updated, but they need to cleaned. There were broken towel bars hanging off the wall in the bathroom to holes in the walls We won’t be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is older and shows it but only cosmetic. The balcony had a view of the river which was nice. The AC unit was very old and if used was very loud and didn’t work well. Overall the location was great.

Good location and right on the river. For the price, I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the room. The bathroom, especially, looked straight out of the 80s. Aside from that, the toilet was not clean and needed repairs as did the shower. For the price I paid, this is terrible. On another note, I tried to cancel the last two days of my stay. When I asked the clerk he said that he couldn't do anything and I would have to come back the next morning. When I returned, that person said I could only get a refund for 1 day as it was now less than 24hrs notice. When I explained that I did come the previous day to request this cancelation, he said he couldn't doo anything about that and it shouldn't have happened. Just terrible customer service without any car for the customer at all. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.
This was a cracked door to the bathroom. Clearly they have no maintenance staff or mgmt just doesn't care.
This was in the shower. Apparently they must have had a shampoo/soap dispenser that was removed. This is how they left it. Unacceptable even by the lowest of standards.
This was the toilet seat. Disgusting and just plain lazy by management.
