The room was large and roomy. We had a balcony view of Clear Creek and it was gorgeous!

I did like the patio area. But our patio door was hard to open and the screen was bent. The room looked dingy, dirty and outdated. The shower, i wouldn't use. Looked to dirty. The man who checked us in was nice, friendly. The hotel overall just needs a good cleaning first and foremost. Updating isn't an issue for me. The power was out so we had no lights, no tv, no microwave no fridge. Nothing. We had to cut our trip short and leave early that morning since we couldn't shower and had no power, etc. Just not a good experience for us.

a nice property although a little run down. pretty little, park-like area as back of property with aspens and the river running through it. rooms had charming decor. air cond./heater worked well. large, gravel parking lot. counter staff very helpful. good location in idaho springs

The room was generally clean, but the carpet could use some improvement. It had an old, slightly damp smell. I had to use an air freshener and spray Lysol to make it more comfortable. With a little attention to the carpets and air quality, the stay would be much better.

It was ok. Shower curtain had mold. Tried to use the propane fireplace, but it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the smell of burning dust was pretty bad. One of the sliding doors was off its tracks. There was nothing seriously wrong, the whole place just needs a good cleaning and some minor repairs

The location was nice amd the creekside room was great.veey relaxing to sit by the river and just relax after a long day on the road. The room coupd habe used a bit of an upgrade but overall very satusfied.

Handicap room 111 Shower sprayed all over the entire bathroom. Bad hose connection at the supply pipe. And, handheld sprayer handle has a crack that sprays everywhere. I reported it to front desk upon checkout. Otherwise, everything was great!! Nice creek behind the facility. Very convenient location!!

The river right behind the room was lovely. However, the room its self was just okay. A little dingy and outdated. The bathroom door was a pain to open and close and there was a very obvious gap around the front door.Our cable went out and when we called to the front they told us there was nothing they could do. For being in a small mountain town i suppose it could have been worse. Probably would not want to stay there again

the room is clean mostly - some buggies, a few older stains on metal/fans. the light on the balcony inoperable, hanging broken. wallpaper is peeling in places. the tiles in the bath area sparkled - they were so clean. the bedding was fresh and spotless. as were the towels and shower. the layout of the room is overall great - it’s cute. the fridge worked, the heat worked, the desk and the dresser were clean and nice. i actually like that the dresser drawers are real wood - not particle board. i happen to like older, whole wood pieces. they’re better made. so a mixed bag. fix the balcony light. i would remove it and put up string or rope lights. a coat of paint on the balcony. tear out the peeling wallpaper, fix a couple wall dents and then paint. keep it clean like you already do and voila - add another star. the staff is great and i really did enjoy my stay. thank you!

This hotel was very dirty. The floor in front of the jacuzzi tub sunk down when you stepped on it. We were too afraid to fall through the floor to even use it. Maybe skip this one, it will give you the ick!
