The room was nice and clean. The casino was clean and fun. Then we went to dinner at the salt grass. What a horrible experience that was. The hostess ask us 3 times what time our reservation was. They were 30 min late getting us in. They offered us bread but never served it. After waiting over an hour for our food when they brought it out they then told us they were out of mashed potatoes. So we ordered a different side dish which was wrong when they brought it out. The bartender in the casino bar was so rude when she felt like we did t tip her enough. So the hotel gets 5 stars. The casino gets 3 stars and the food/bar gets 0 stars

We had a wonderful stay. The motel was extremely clean, the beds comfortable and the place was quiet. It was not full. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves! The workout room was very up to date. The only thing that was bothersome was the noise from the heater. We'll be back!

Property is great, only complaint we have. Our room wasn’t cleaned . They told us we signed paper not to clean ! But staff did not acknowledge or ask us about cleaning our room ? So we slept in dirty linens , because staff was sent home, not enough rooms to clean?

No thanks, never again!

I thought I was booking a great hotel experience for my husband and I. We got there a little early and asked to check in if room was ready. Sure for $25 extra! No thanks. We’re told the indoor pool and fitness center was located at their “sister” property which was up a hill and needed to drive there! No thanks, but were still charged a “resort fee.” There was NO coffee or tea offered in a common area and just instant in our room. No thanks! After taking a shower I found the hairdryer did not work. Called the front desk asking for someone to exchange this for one that worked. Was told sure I could come to front desk and exchange it myself since she was the only person working at the hotel at that time, 8:30pm. No thanks! To get to their casino we had to go outside and across the street. No thanks! This Golden Nugget was not an experience we would ever repeat, such a disappointment!!!!
