I wish that the listing actually mentioned that the pool is not in the premises but at a different site. I also wished that it was more quiet at night. I heard a lot of footsteps around me up until 1am. It was hard to sleep.

Pool is not on site. That was really the only sad part. Walls are paper thin in rooms so you sometimes have to hear the fake moans. The hotel is not connected to the casino but it’s literally steps away.

staff was abrupt and didn't question questions when we checked in. Your indoor pool is actually in another hotel 1/2 mile away. We had no overhead light in our room and one bedside lamp didn't work. There was no clock of nay kind in the room. Something dripped ALL night long! Think it was snow melting through air vent in the roof, but loud enough to keep me awake.

Housekeeping left dirty blankets, towel, and trash in the hallways till well after 7pm. The shower curtain was yellow and stained. The smoke detector was beeping and when asked for repair it took more than two hours for anyone to show up at 5pm in the evening. By 7 we put the kids to bed and it beeped all night.
