Amazing hotel!

The staff was wonderful, the room was perfect, location couldn’t be better! Loved the accommodations: pool, fireplace in lobby, deck with fire pit tables, free water / coffee / tea / hot chocolate! We will be back!

I can't say enough about this place...from the friendliness of the staff, to the accommodations... to the wonderfully relaxing salt water pool, to the very inviting deck that we ate our meals at watching the plethora of Elk passing by....I am saying about 60 of them...to the proximity to the RMNP...to the amazingly delicious and healthy breakfast options they provide!! I give them a 10 out of 5 stars!!! I also appreciate their candor...admitting they are a work in progress...but as far as I can see they exceeded my expectations and if Tripp didn't tell me they are a work in progress I would have never known!!! Kudos to y'all and I wish you great success in the future

What a fantastic Vacation

Clean room. Microwave and fridge. Breakfast was rhe best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time. Green elk chili was delicious. Cottage cheese, chicken salad, hummus, cheese, ham, bacon, naan bread, focassia bread, waffles, French toast, syrups, jelly, peanutbutter, cereals, milk, yogurts, milk, juices, deviled egg bar, oatmeal and two rows of nuts, candy and dried fruit to add in. Juices. Fresh fruit. Hot teas, hot cocoa, coffees. Mixins. If you go away with lack of choice...it is your fault! Chili was awesome. Any chance I get for naan bread, hummus and add provided vegetables to it...it is a win. Loved cocoa one day. Hot tea the next. Rocky Mountain Elk and mule deer come into town. One morning elk were out front of the lodge. Otherwise less than a mile away. Great place to quickly get to Rocky Mountain National Park.

There was parking lot demolition/construction that limited parking spots; the balcony lightbulb did not work; the bathroom and toilet were very small; there were stains of splashed and dried liquid on the walls; the bathroom had areas of visible mold; the elevator does not arrive at the top floor where our room was; the breakfast was nice and there was a fireplace in the lobby; the location is conveniently near downtown Estes Park and Lake Estes.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rocky Mountain National Park (15mins). The hotel has great amenities like a game room, pool and grills outside to use. Also a great breakfast included. Only thing is the walls are a bit thin but honestly it didn’t bother us much, but maybe our neighbors minded us. The scenery from the hotel is gorgeous! Highly recommended!

Great place for relaxing from city life. Excellent Elk viewing as they cross the property just before sunset in a heard of about 100. Mating calls for the Fall season was clearly heard.

The room was clean and well maintained, breakfast had lots of options, and the hotel was quiet with comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly. Being on a hill, most rooms have steps to them even if you’re taking an elevator - we were on the second floor, took the elevator up and had to go back down two sets of stairs (about one full floor) to get to our room. Be aware when booking that you should call and confirm your room is accessible if you require it.
