Good: Check in went great thanks to Mario Gonzalez, reception. Breakfast options were outstanding. And hot (when needed). Clean area. Not so good: hot tub was not working and had a green tint. Noisy neighbors until 2am. But still a good place to stay. I would go back.

Parked in the hotel parking lot and our vehicle was broken into and had things stolen; our vehicle was vandalized along with at least two other vehicles. When speaking with the police, we were informed this happens frequently at this location. If this happens frequently, then why hasn’t the hotel done anything about it such as cameras and extra lighting? I understand the hotel wasn’t the one breaking into the vehicles, but if it repeatedly happens I don’t understand why the hotel doesn’t do anything to try and decrease the chances. Hotel staff wasn’t much help and no security footage. Hotel itself was fine. Decent room, decent breakfast.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable , and the amenities like the breakfast service and gym were more than adequate. . Our first room had a relentlessly noisy air conditioner, but we were instantly moved to a better spot when we asked for help. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

The beds were comfy. The bathroom door was a sliding door that constantly came off the tracks and didn’t close. Breakfast was yummy and coffee selection was plentiful.
