Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster
"My husband and I stayed at Riu The Westminster last night - it has fallen incredibly short of the minimum expectation a hotel has placed upon it - a good night’s sleep and good hygiene. We checked in fairly late after going to the theatre - approximately 10:30/10:45pm. We were staying in room 842. ..."

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
"Fantastic location right in The West End. Room was small and very basic - no tissues, no face washer, no tv and the bed was hard. Check in was difficult as there were so many people that arrived at the same time and about 2 staff who looked like they didn’t want to be there."

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster
"A fantastic hotel near enough to the action in London but far enough away to be nice and quiet. A great location for all the key sites. Hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was great and spacious and as many others have said, the breakfast was brilliant. A fantastic choice each morning. The only thing that was frustrating was the lack of lifts - only 2 working for the duration of our stay and getting down to breakfast took some time when it was busy. You can walk down the stairs - we found this out on the last day. You have to walk down to the ground floor then come back inside the hotel and up one flight of stairs to breakfast. If you go straight to floor one, there is a fire exit and you can’t get through. If you are on a low floor, do the stairs instead of waiting for the lifts if the lifts aren’t all in action."
