"This location was convenient to walk to our various activities. The Social Club, attached to the hotel, was nice to go to for a drink, before ending the evening. I also wanted to note that although we were not on a scheduled cleaning day, the Room Service woman we flagged down was kind enough to exchange a few towels for us, before we had to leave."

Room was very old and in need of a refresh Tub shower was slow to drain Linens were threadbare Front desk staff was not helpful Clothes steamers were broken (tried 2 of them). Good location Overall, hotel is rundown and at best is a 2 star not the 4 it claims. Very disappointed"

"We had a very nice stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. We visited at the end of April. The indoor pool and hot tub was extremely busy and noisy. The outdoor pool was closed. I just perfer more relaxing pool time. The hotel is a great event center as the ball rooms are very near to walk from the elevators. The native artwork is stunning. The restaurants were great. Worth our time. 15 minutes to downtown Santa Fe."
