Wonderful room. This is our second stay here on different trips. Nicely and tastefully furnished room. Has to be one of the quietest places we have ever stayed. Soundproofing of rooms is great, you hear no noise from either hallways. Next rooms, or outside. Our favorite place when visiting Albuquerque.

the room was clean the plumbing needs some attention the sink needs to be cleaned out internally maybe the peatrap to be cleaned out gruggles slow water going down. the toilet also flushed slow

Nice looking hotel, clean, check-in staff was friendly. Then we took the kids to enjoy the pool before check-out and missed 11am by LITERALLY 2 MINUTES. We were rushing down the hall in our bathing suits and tried to badge in at 11:01, but the card had already been deactivated. I told the gentleman at the front desk and he was unmoved. Said there was absolutely no way he could allow us into the pool, as it was after checkout time -- by two minutes. Sorry Charlie, hope you enjoyed your stay, now get out! I get it, rules are rules, but I was astonished he wasn't willing to let the kids swim for a bit before we left. A nice empathetic guest let us in and the kids swam for a bit, until this guy comes in and threatens to call security! This place is a lovely looking ghost town. The parking lot is empty. They have nothing but slots. No poker. Very disappointed. Booked the Sandia Resort and Casino up the road the following night, which was AMAZING. We had a bad experience. If it weren't for that incident, I would have given them at least 4 stars. You may have a wonderful visit, as long as nothing like this happens to you.

Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean. This was our second time staying here and would not stay anywhere else. The restaurants are amazing as well. Quezada’s has amazing food and drinks, I only wish they were opened additional days. Juniper was amazing as always. Best filet mignon in the US. We can’t wait to return next time. The only complaint, which isn’t really a complaint is the kids. Last time we stayed, kids weren’t allowed. This time, kids were everything and screaming and running the halls. No one’s fault, just made it difficult to relax at 9/10pm at night. We hope to see you all again soon!
