Very Disappointing!

I booked the room because it high ratings on travelocity. I believe the pictures on the website must have been from when the hotel first opened years ago. It was nothing that I expected. The room was tore up/ beat up / dirty. The furniture was beat up, the walls were beat up, the shades had food on them. It looked like a lot of rough or drunk people stayed there. THE WALLS WERE PAPER THIN! We could hear EVERYTHING in the hall and the room next to us. When we checked in the guy said "oh, you have two little ones." "We will put you in the quiet hall."- As it turns out he put us in the hall with what sounded like a family of 10 in the room next to us. They ( along with all their kids) were up past midnight and were VERY LOUD! We were on a little relaxing family vacation and our kids were in bed at 8:30pm. I was up most of the night d/t all the noise and then I was just mad at paying top price for a terrible room. My husband would not let me complain. But I would never stay there again.

Be prepared to empty your pockets for poor service

Paper thin walls, difficult to get service for drinks, extremely expensive, wasn't offered change (no matter what the amount), overall not worth the $. I would rather stay somewhere the staff is eager to take care of you. Was supposed to be a relaxing get away, instead it was an extremely disappointing one.

Great hotel and resort

The hotel and security staff are amazing. My wife lost her cell phone, credit card, and ID in the casino. When my wife was looking for it a staff member told her they found a cell phone but needed special verifications. Apparently someone had already tried to claim it but didn't pass the strict verification process. Thank you for having those strict verifications to claim lost and found items.

Nice hotel with fun casino

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Check in clerk was very cordial. Negative remark: Keurig coffee maker in room only had 1 regular serving for two people. We were expected to buy more in gift shop.

Very Nice!

Pros: We only come here ONCE in a GREAT While to treat my daughter to a facial at the SPA. We don't gamble much, so come for only the SPA!
Cons: Motel price expensive so we only come when we can.
Location: Styed at Islteta Casino, did a facial then went shopping in Albuquerque love it becasue we don't have to deal with the traffic
Very Nice room very comfortable. Special DAY!! treated my daughter to a facial..at the SPA ..JASMINE IS AMAZING!!!

Nice resort in the middle of nowhere

Location: Nothing, your miles from any city.
Beautiful hotel and casino, we were on the penthouse floor and the room was grand and quiet. Very nice facility with inexpensive entertainment and no one trying to sell you anything. Too many 1 cent machines though.

Convenient and clean

Pros: Location was convenient for us. Enjoyed the Spa toiletries!
Cons: More coffee in the room.
Location: Great place to visit with family and friends living in the area.
We had a good experience. Would consider going back.

Housekeeping and valet were the nice

Pros: The room and the pool
Cons: Attitudes, you have a job. I am sure they could find someone who wants a job. It was beyond ridiculous
Location: There is the casino, golf course across the street and a fun center next door
Front counter, pool attendant were rude and useless. I have never been treated like that before. It's funny they are a resort and act like a Motel6. The pool and room were great.

Fun and friendly

Pros: The views and the art and the fun in casino but mostly the people who work there.
Cons: Nothing, I will go again!
Location: There are many ways to go as the casino is located right off major n-s highway. Take a trip to petroglyph park or drive up to Sante Fe.
Excellent location and fun at reasonable prices. Staff and casino very friendly and professional.
