Industrial area around, sketchy, strange people, scratched, stained or dirty doors and furniture. Although very quiet and completely dark rooms if to use thick curtains. Very good for sleeping not for exploring. Comfortable parking.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The area around the hotel had a homeless encampment. There was security presence at and around the hotel.

The first room they gave us, had a very strange odor… As though someone had burned cooking oil in the room. We opened windows ran fans, and the odor was still strong. Two hours later. Consequently, we changed rooms. The second room also had a different odor, but not the room helped. However, this room had a towel rack coming off of the wall, and roach traps on the floor in the bathroom and behind a chair next to the bed.

First of all, the smelll… terrible… hallways were filthy and unvaccuumed. The front desk looked cluttered. After I paid 97.00 which is well above what this hotel is worth through Expedia, they had the audacity to charge me another 100.00 security deposit.. furious and will never stay here again!

Quiet location, well lit and comfortable
When I arrived and checked in the first room was not cleaned yet. The desk clerk quickly assigned me another room and apologized. It happens so no big deal. Room was pretty big, bed was comfy and closet was huge. They even have a laundry basket in the event you want to wash clothes. My favorite part was the full size fridge. The mini fridge at other hotels is never adequate but I was able to get a few things from the grocery store so I wasn’t eating out the whole time. The only things that could’ve been better was a bigger tv and the ice maker didnt work so well. Neither were a deal breaker though. As for cleanliness, my only complaint was there was red nail polish on the chair, nightstand and desk. Originally, I thought it was blood so at least it was just nail polish. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
