Was treated poorly by many of the staff and talked about in ear length by staff rather than to me about my son being by himself at almost 13 years old in the room and coming down to purchase snacks. Then I was intimidated by the security guard and told I basically should wait to stay longer to slack with the managers. They authorized my debit card for the stay 4 times when I paid for the last 2 night. This caused problems with my banking institution four days and hopefully not weeks later. There’s a lot of personal talk going on in view and loudly around guests and as much as it seems nice and what not it’s unprofessional and inappropriate.

All of the staff I interacted with were awesome, they were very friendly and welcoming and I had a genuine pleasure speaking with them. However, I had loud neighbors. They blasted their TVs late into the night, even when I put ear plugs in I could hear every word from their TV. My suggestion for Hilton is to actually invest in noise canceling insulation between units. This would help minimize cases like this.

First rate experience here with excellent customer service from Janeth, the General Manager! This property is super clean with all the amenities you need in a great safe location right near the highway (but pretty quiet) and has Mountain View’s. Restaurant on property, Tuesday the bartender does a great job at the great little restaurant on property. five stars for this 3-4 star hotel!

Everything was great except the bar staff was very unprofessional and rude. They need to be retrained on customer service. There was not enough parking. Box trucks were allowed to take 5-6 spaces overnight leaving no where to park legally.

Every time I’m in Albuquerque I stay at this hotel. Front desk staff have always been friendly. It’s in a great location. Hotel is clean and quiet!

The front desk was fast, nice and professional. The bar staff was rude and unprofessional. Wanted to visit with other guests but was told to leave area in case someone wanted to eat or order a drink. The only action going on was employees watching the end of Monday night football loudly. There’s no real place for guest to sit and visit with each other.

Staff was great. Friendly. Helpful. The room didn’t have any linens or pillows for the pullout bed and there wasn’t any extra toilet paper. The toilet wasn’t flushing well, but anytime we called down we got what we needed quickly.

Rooms were nice and spacious but they did not accommodate to my "special requests". I had asked for adjoining rooms and made a call to make sure that was down for my reservations and also had them in my original reservation notes. When I tried to get my rooms moved they were unable too.
