Rooms were unique , bed was vey comfortable , great location to downtown and with in walking distant . What i didn't like is the room wasn't as clean as it should be , broken glass on the floor near the foot of the bed , cobwebs on the lights and walls , plug in on the walls missing covers , and it wouldn't hurt to do a little sweeping or dust moping on the floors.

Natalie at reception was positive and helpful. She took rectified most of the messes made by a hapless cleaning crew. There was a leftover pie in the fridge, the twin bed had no flat sheet. We had ten sheets of Kleenex and a half roll of toilet paper. Advertised robes and slippers were nowhere to be seen. One small bar of soap to be shared between sink and shower. No directions for use of unnecessarily complicated set. Champagne flutes but no regular glasses. The Best Western on Cerrllos was far better.

The piano bar was nice, the bartender was fun amazing and made excellent margaritas both silver and reposado. Location was great just a couple blocks from down town Santa Fe. The Native American art and room decor was also amazing, overall a great time.

Room was very basic, chair had dried food/crumbs on it. Coffee maker and robes were missing, although they brought the items once requested. Room was advertised with continental breakfast but no breakfast was included due to covid. Excellent location to walk downtown.

Our wi fi was somewhat iffy....sometimes worked. TV reception was also iffy...was the provider not the TV itself. Nick, the manager was considerate enough to give us some compensation for this at the end of the stay which was nice of him. Rooms were nice and inside amenities were good. Not sure the maid changed the sheets daily and not happy how bed was made...dropped the remote once and had to get on floor under bed to retrieve and it was dusty under bed. Our wait staff was overwhelmed at morning breakfast. Food was good but the staff could not keep up. One morning we were waited on by who I think was a manager and he was great. Towards the end of the week there was at least one more wait person so it went smoother. I think they were trying to do their best which was appreciated.
