It was wonderful. The man at the front desk made our experience especially wonderful. Some need for repairs in the bathroom, but minor.

The hotel staff was amazing from check in staff to housekeeping, they were all friendly, professional, and customer centered! The location cannot be beat. It is central to everything. A special shout-out to housekeeping staff that were accommodating and especially helpful through our short stay.

We had a fabulous experience at the Inn at Vanessie. We had customer service excellence at its finest. Mark checked us in, took us to our rooms, and shared places to go and possible restaurants to go to. He was incredible. Our rooms were very very nice. I would not hesitate to stay at Vanessie again and hope to do so someday in the future.
