While the room was nice overall, the thermostat appeared to not work properly (didn’t seem to get to desired heating temp). The shower head was old and clogged and did not give a good water flow. Additionally, the shower water temp was lukewarm.

I was perturbed by the fact the backery off the lobby could not charge my room . This plain ridiculous. A good IT person could address this inconvenience in 1day ensuring monies are allocated accurately between the hotel and the backery’s owner.you should fix this more revenue to both parties.dont get me wrong i categorize this snafu as a 1st world problem. But bits an easily addressed flaw.
