There was only one clerk working and he had multiple jobs. One time we needed ice, and it was in the machine that was in a locked area because the clerk was elsewhere. Only had to wait a couple minutes for him to reappear. The breakfast was GREAT. There was a cook making fresh hand-rolled breakfast burritos that tasted great. The lobby had interesting artwork too, and the story of the Coyote was on the wall.

Good Hotel for the Price!

Hotel is clearly older and has been renovated. The lobby is very cute and the front desk helpful. The room was musty smelling and the bathroom was small. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. It was quiet. The breakfast burritos were very good but it would have been nice to have fresher muffins (wrapping in plastic did not stop them from getting stale). Overall, for the price, it was a good choice.

The property is older-a little tired, but fairly well kept with pleasing southwestern decor. The weird thing was our room was either cold and clammy or too warm. We didn’t expect humidity discomfort in Santa Fe. Breakfast burritos were freshly made, not the usual premade, warmed up fare of most hotels. Our room was very quiet and the mattress was comfortable (though the fitted sheet didn’t stay in place while we slept. My feet wound up in a tangled mess, as did my husband’s head. Overall, our stay was fine for the price, but it isn’t the highlight of our quick trip to Santa Fe.

The hotel was very nice. My only issue was when I checked in I wasn’t told anything about any of the amenities available to me. I noticed also that instead of telling about the WiFi and other things they have a sign for it. Customer service is important.

Bang for your buck

This boutique hotel was well maintained. Cute lobby & the breakfast was incredible! Lots of people with dogs, but no smell. The entire place had great clean smell. Beds were super comfy but the carpet and bathroom grout needs upgrading.
