Room was worn down and furniture was stained. Carpet was lifting in certain areas and smelled of mildew. Guests were very loud coming in at 2am and yelling through the halls. No one was present at the front desk to assist with complaints. The staff, on the other hand, was very nice upon arrival and the lobby made the property appear very cute and inviting.

For the price it was ok. Nice guy at the front desk for check in. Loved the native themed decor. The reviews made a big deal about the breakfast burritos and they were a nice change from the usual continental breakfast but they themselves weren’t that amazing and the people making them seemed stingy for some odd reason since it said two each. The hotel was loud at night and the pillows were a bit lumpy. There was a tile loose in the bathroom but otherwise the room was clean.
