Staff is super helpful and kind. Manager not so much,our room isn’t that clean, headboard is dirty shower walls dirty, bedroom walls dirty, shower curtain dirty. We were only given two towels for a family of five. Housekeeping brought us more at a timely manner. There was a room mix up and the staff personally brought us movie night snacks. I think her name was carol. She was so kind and thoughtful. Will we ever stay here again? Absolutely not.

I didn't have to wait long and the staff is super friendly. The lobby smells amazing unlike other hotels that might have a musty smell. Plenty of parking available even late at night.

When we checked in we asked if a room for the disabled was available, the desk clerk said yes & gave us keys to 815. We also asked for a shower chair. We went to it & it had a tub/ not a walk in shower. I called back & they gave us keys to 916, we went there & the key did not work. So I went back to the desk & asked for a room closer to the elevator. Got 907. Then called 2 times to get the shower chair. It did not come. So I finally went down to the desk & a lady brought it to the room. It took between 21/2 -3 hours to get a shower chair. My wife is wheelchair bound & cannot stand long enough to take a shower. I am 79 years old have trouble walking & have a heart condition & which makes pushing the wheelchair is extremely stressful. They sent us to two rooms that were as far away from the elevator as possible. The staff was very inconsiderate of us or they were totally incompetent.

The toilet didn’t work properly. Called desk, got virtual assistant who said would send someone up. I waited until Midnite. No one came. I reported it the next morning and they fixed it finally. The thermostat had a low battery. They were out of soap in the bathroom. They were out of shampoo in the bathroom. The evening reception food is below what most Embassy Suites provide. I would give them another chance in the future but I was not impressed this time.

Do not disturb sign was torn so I could put on my door. Room smelled musty/bad. Cooling didn’t work well and as a result I slept poorly both nights. Technician did come up to repair thermostat and it worked for a while but stopped during the night. Front desk and chat weren’t staffed well. Checking out there were several of us waiting with nobody in sight to help for at least five minutes. I do like this hotel and hope things improve as I’d like to stay there again. breakfast staff were really friendly and kept things up great. Great staff member who checked me in.
