No elevator. No handicap parking. The "office chair" in the room was broken very unstable and won't go up and down. Can't park near room. I have two prosthetic legs and couldn't get anything to assist in my stay. No elevator, no wheelchair access anywhere, no cart to assist with luggage, no people to help with luggage. Just stuck with it no one wanted to hear about it

Facility tired but maintained. Staff very responsive to concerns. Tv not working on arrival, they immediately fixed. One light in room not working they immediately fixed. Very concerned when i reported seeing a roach crossing my room, it could have easily come in from outside as it was the only one seen. It was a basic bed and shower situation that matched price. Clean, just maintenance concerns. I would return if just needing a stop over.

The floor was sticky on our room the tv had a line of dead pixels and at one point we saw a gentleman sitting outside one of doors of the hotel drinking a 12pk of beer we did not feel safe plus the person working the front desk showed almost no concern. We will not be returning to this place and we do not recommend any one else going there
