Unfortunately, the time has come to say good bye to my go to (:started12yrs ago with the no pet fee & CB across the street say less:) Motel stay in Albuquerque:( well at 50+ years old & consider myself a seasoned solo traveler, realizing at 2am WHAT AN ACTUAL MOTEL IS, it's just time! Nothing more disparaging, other than you have been warned!!! Spend a few $ go elsewhere..Maybe an actual Hotel, as know I will be in the future for sure! Conveniently, there's a Hilton actually right across the street, shared parking-lot with CB..♡

From the moment we arrived in our room, our experience was awful. The TV was left on full volume, the locks on our door were broken and screws were missing everywhere. We did approach the front desk about it and were moved to another room, however in the new room the curtains on the window were broken and there was NO SHOWER CURTAIN. Not to mention the floor was dirty in both rooms that we stayed in and POLES were sticking out from under the bed. My toddler scratched and bruised his shin on it.

The room was NOT AT ALL what was pictured on the website. It was small and dark and VERY uninviting, and I did not feel that I would be comfortable staying there. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if all the rooms were the same, to see about moving to a different room. He had been pleasant enough when I was checking in but was not helpful in trying to offer another room where I may have been more comfortable. I ultimately ended up leaving because I absolutely did not want to spend a night in that room.
