There is what appears to be a cast of of blood spatter on the ceiling. the toilet and shower were in a room the size of an outhouse. the tv didn’t work. The shower has remnants of mold on the ceiling and the fixtures are in need of repair.

Staff was nice. The floor in the room was dirty, towels and blankets stained or dirty. The shower sprayed all over. The breakfast was very underwhelming and messy. The lobby smelled like sewer gases when we arrived. Otherwise, it was okay.

Sheets so rough I couldn't sleep, shower went hot, cold and back again, only decaf in room, but breakfast didn't meet the usual LaQuinta standards. Fridge empty, no milk for cereal, no protein, only waffles, bagels and bread. Coffee barely brown. Very much not a usual LaQuinta stay.

No toilet paper in the room and we had to retrieve it from the front desk, and we were at the far end with outside entrance, so it wasn't close. The breakfast was minimal, unappealing so we did not partake, not as clean as it should be. The room was okay but compared to other hotels we stayed on our trip, it wasn't as nice for the same price. The coffee maker appeared to be broken and there were no cups for coffee or water. The towels were folded and placed on the shower chair that was very close to the toilet, not the most sanitary place for clean towels. The hardwood floor felt gritty, fortunately we brought slippers for the evening. We felt like we were an inconvenience to the lobby staff, not welcoming. I have never had this experience anywhere else and not needed to give such feedback. the cleaning staff were observed standing around visiting often. Please try harder. We stayed in 6 different hotels on our trip and this was the only one to get a negative review.
