Pleasant check in staff, bed comfortable. Easy access for balloon fest. Room and hallway smelled musty, bathroom has no exhaust fan so very steamy after showers, hence mold growing all around ceiling of bathroom. Skimpy on towels. Breakfast was terrible. Soggy pancakes , no syrup out, had to ask, coffee Luke warm. Not really a breakfast spread. Dated hotel ☹️

Fantastic people, Jessica made sure I got my forgotten items back, but everyone was hardworking, professional and super friendly. The hotel still has nice amenities but the furniture is too worn, and decor is pared back. The super-convenient location does carry a drawback of freeway noise. But the crew handled the crowds of balloon enthusiasts with panache.

Good for it’s price. Airconditioning is okay Carpet, furniture and beddings are old. To me its overall good for an overnight stay, my spouse and I only slept and showered here for the balloon fiesta and did not spend much time inside the room. A little noise heard from adjacent rooms. All necessities were met during our stay and we were comfortable enough. Will go back!

Loved the pool! Room was super spacious and nice, everything was very clean. Breakfast was pretty disappointing, wish they advertised being a continental breakfast because there was no protein. But the coffee bar was always fully stocked and available all day. Also a great location, lots of local restaurants right down the street as well as some shopping centers, and it’s right next to highway for easy access.

Querque hotel was fine at registration and desk front. The accommodating hotel restaurant was closed and found this strange as it was a busy time with the ballon festival. After waiting a long time at the cantina for a drink and then again for ordering and receiving a food order, we were told by a second waitress that our order was in and would be there soon. Never offered a second drink. After another 30 minutes sitting with an empty glasses same waitress asked, What did you order?” We were given free beers and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. And so after this time food in the area was limited. Going out for dinner was chancy. We were tired. Ended up ordering pizza for $50. Also, we thought the remote for the television did not work in the room and had to have maintenance come up. After a couple of trips in and out of the room they found the plug was out. Simple solution and they were very pleasant. Overall it is the hotel next door that felt like we were in The Shining. Long hallways, empty and terrible service.

Stayed for one night to attend Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta—Coronado Park and Ride was 5-10 minutes down the road—worked out very good. Security was in parking lot during the evening. Had a grab and go breakfast in the morning.
