First impression was great; however, the mattress was much too worn and saggy that offered no support, which caused back aches by morning. The full length glass panel between the sleeping area and bathroom provided no privacy, particularly for the shower since behind the glass was the shower itself. We couldn't believe the odd design. It also brought too much light into the main area when the bathroom light was on. Forget about sleeping in while the other one showers earlier. The lobby, grounds, and other areas were beautiful and the staff were super nice.

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooftop bar/restaurant had some of the worst service we’ve experienced. Only way to get decent service was to sit at the bar. Sitting at a table was bad.

Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. Ordered room service and it was delivered within10 minutes. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes on our car from valet. Beautiful property. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Hotel Chaco is a beautiful hotel in a great part of town, with great amenities. It is well maintained, with lots of a very helpful staff. The room was very nice with a good view. The maintenance crew was wonderful. The Room cleaning service is ok, but don’t let your guard down.

Hotel Chaco is a very nice hotel with southwest motif near old town. The roof-top restaurant is very good as well. The folks at the reception were very friendly.
