Friendly staff but indifferent, I booked this property because they had the airport shuttle, verified it in their website but when we got to the airport, called them and I was told it runs until 9 pm and not midnight as advertised by Expedia and their own website

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, and so did our sheets. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, but broken down. The towel rack was broken. Big red spill on the carpet. We stayed in our room, the area was a little sketchy. It was actually fine for a room from 9:30 pm to 5:45 am. Good A/C. Broken elevator so we had to use one way down the hall. And we took the stairs in the morning to avoid that long walk. No coffee in the lobby early in the morning, just our cup in the room. Nice front desk people. But will not stay here again.

Place was dirty, was advertised as having a restaurant, however, was never open, breakfast in the morning looked as if someone went to Safeway that morning and bought food, not all the food was ready when they opened, pancake machine was not working properly and all I received from staff is lip service, did not appear as if the staff new anything about the machine

Had to change room 3 times, room didn't look anything like the pictures that were in the advertisement. Pool was unkeeped, physical fitness was all trashed out, breakfast was burnt sausage, pancake maker wasn't working. All in all, I wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend it!!!!

Outdated and not very safe.

Booked a scenic “Sandia Mountain View” and ended up facing the interstate. King bed sunk directly in the middle. TV was shattered, people were arguing outside our room. Sliding door was unlocked on arrival and wouldn’t close. Bathroom was outdated and toilet was leaking. This hotel has really gone downhill, so disappointing.

We had a 10 lb dog with us and so we had to stay in the pet friendly room. It was terrible some dog had chewed on all the furniture and there were dark stains on the carpet. A large stain on the couch. The maids would only leave two towels no wash clothes we would have to ask for wash clothes to be brought up. The carpets in the hall way was always dirty. Homeless people stayed out front of the building. I thought when I booked this on Truvia that I was getting a nice place but was very disappointed. If you stay there you should ask to look at your room first before paying that is my advice!! I have pictures of what my room looked like.

Booked because they boasted pool, hot tub, restaurant, and room service. Only had a bar - no food or room service or working pool or hot tub. Could not get food in the hotel and AREA IS NOT SAFE TO WALK IN. How is someone supposed to eat?
