Our stay was a bit disappointing and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory. When checking out we found trash that was left from previous guests under our beds. And masks were not mandated within the hotel premises. If you decide to stay here, check your rooms thoroughly

Old facility and it shows. Furniture not in very good shape and a little outdated. Not in a very good location. Staff was nice. My door wouldn't lock shut and they got engineering up to fix it right away.

The room was updated and fabulous. The hotel is an old Ramada. All the exterior doors are nasty. The parking lot is old and nasty. The ice machines don’t work. The bathroom has not been updated.

When I checked in tne lady at the desk was on the phone while talking to me. Very unprofessional to talk to me and on the phone. Also problem with my key and hard time getting in. Then when I went to checkout only one person at the desk. He was doing several things at once. Should have at least 2 people at the desk.

The hotel was awful. When we walked into our room there were Cheetos on the floor, lamps didn't turn on, and the room smelled bad. The bathroom was not cleaned well and the shower didn't drain. After returning home from our trip we had to wash our clothes and hair multiple times to get the smell out.
