Showering was horrible the water was too cold and i thought it got clogged but it takes a while for water to drain. I had to shower in my moms room (we booked 2 rooms) and the water was too hot other than that it was okay

We arrived to find that check in time had been changed from 3pm as contracted, to 4pm by pasting a “4” over the 3 on the board. The lobby was crowded with people that couldn’t check in. At 4:25 when given a room, there was damage, towel rack was off the wall and missing.

Someone tried to break into my room. The pool was disgusting. Rooms are nothing absolutely nothing like what they show. Ice machines were broken throughout. I felt so insecure that I didn’t stay a complete day and took lots of photos. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and the homeless people so many. Seen a girl come from the pool to complain at the desk. She had welts all over her arms from the pool almost looked like bug bites.. don’t walk away from this place RUN! look at the film on top of the pool and they opened it up for people to swim in nowhere in this hotel are the rooms that they show under their advertisement. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t been there yet.

Room was filthy. Stains on the carpet, urine on the toilet seat, facial hair on the towels, footprints on the bathroom floor. Talked to the front desk via phone and text and was told our room would get a full clean the next day. We were out of our room for 11 hours, doing things around town. Came back and room still was not clean. I went down to the front desk and let them know. I even offered to clean the room myself of they gave me cleaning supplies. The front desk staff told me that it wasn't clean yet (this was 4 in the afternoon)

The room was clean, but the visuals of the room was horrible. Starting at the elevator, once you excited the elevator, the carpet was filthy. Once we got to our room the door paint was peeling. We entered the room and bathroom was disgusting. The tub was not clean, and the sink was loosed no hot water, and we barely got a little of cold water to wash our hands. The sliding door to the balcony would not close, and drapes had these holes all over the curtains. It was the worst hotel room we have ever been in, and we left immediately. The staff was nonchalant with our situation and additionally said we would have to contact the third party from whom we booked the room. After contacting Expedia through which we made the reservation, we left the hotel after much discussion with front desk. We were at the hotel less than 20 mins, but because of their inconvenience and Expedia incompetence, we ended up paying $75.00 for a hotel room we did not use. Besides, the party was not very helpful as I don’t think they understood our situation. This is our last experience with Expedia. We hope that they will learn from this experience and do better when extending these deals to innocent travelers.

This was possibly the worst stay I have ever endured with a hotel . Firstly , I had to get three sets of keys to even enter my room. It continuously was having problems reading the card . The hotel had a jacuzzi that they marketed and it doesn’t even work . The hotel was run down and not well kept . We asked for our room to be cleaned twice and within four days , they never came . We had to get sheets and make up on own bed and continuously ask for towels. The fire alarm went off because they claimed someone pulled it and woke us up at 7 in the morning . Not to mention the water was cold in the shower and they told us that it’s because all the guests are taking showers so there was nothing they could do . And to top it all of we didn’t have plumbing the last 24 hours !!!!! The manager did nothing to compensate . I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN ! If I could give 0 stars I would .

I booked a last minute trip for Balloon Fiesta and the choices in the area (+ dog friendly) were minimal. I knew this place would be mediocre but didn’t think it would be THAT bad. First, the pull to switch the water from the tub to shower was broken so we couldn’t take a shower. I asked the front if we could switch rooms. It was booked full for the event, but assured she’d send someone to fix it. Nope. So 3 days of baths…and my husband is over 6 ft. The TV remote didn’t work - asked about that, again no help. The fitness centre was filthy. Drywall dust beneath the TV that they couldn’t bother vacuuming. The treadmill had some kind of crusty stuff on it and no wipes. Not sure the last time housekeeping visited in there. Trash in the hallway floors. Also in a sketchy area - when we arrived there were people on the edges of the property doing some “deals” and several homeless groups. Would not recommend at all. The outside factors are not within their control - but there is a lot inside that we had issues with that were controllable!

I was very surprised this hotel was listed on the website from the Balloon Festival. It is in dyer need of an upgrade. The air conditioner in our room was falling off the wall, the carpet was so stained I wouldn’t let the kids take off their socks, the sliding door to the balcony did not lock, and the outside glass door to the parking lock was shattered!! The pool was also not usable while we were there. During the night there were cars racing up and down the surrounding streets waking us and the kids up throughout the evening. I was very disappointed with this stay. We ended up checking out after just one night and were still forced to pay for two nights for both rooms. The free breakfast was the only good thing at this hotel. Delicious and hot with lots of options. Needless to say we will not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for the balloon festival and I hope they take it off their website.

The hotels appearance was slightly rundown with some of the outside door access not working well. The beds were very comfortable and having a balcony was nice to be able to go outside. The rooms were just old. Some of the mechanics of the room had problems like plugs, bathrooms, and the cable went out a couple of times. The breakfast hit the spot. All the things you needed, and eco friendly as they could be. The staff was always wonderful.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with no lock on the balcony door, which raised significant safety concerns. During my stay, I witnessed a distressing incident in which a woman was arrested directly in front of me, involving at least four police officers and a K9 unit. Additionally, the room’s facilities were unacceptable: the toilet was filthy, and the shower was non-functional. These conditions are far below reasonable standards of safety, hygiene, and comfort. I respectfully request a review of this matter and appropriate remedial action, including consideration for compensation for this experience.

I usually stay at this place but this time was terrible. Their were dogs barking. I called the front desk 2 twice. Dogs still barking. I think the owners finally got back and they stopped. Breakfast, i was in a hurry and couldn't take my food as i usually do. So this stay was awful. Every since Wyndham took over it feels different. Not a place i wanna stay again.
