Safety was a concern. The outside south entrance and west entrance were no secure so there was really no need for a security key to gain entrance. We had trouble opening our room door. The room was visibly old. Carpet torn, old furniture, desk phone missing buttons, and what was a conduit leading to the AC to the hallway had about an inch opening to the hallway. We had to cover the bathroom vent above the commode with a grocery bag as we could see room light coming from behind the wall. Bed was very uncomfortable. Front desk personnel were rude at time of check in not just to me but to another lady that was trying to get a room. We could’ve checked out & sought a different place but staying at a hospital all day we needed to rest which we did not enjoy.

Halls were dirty, room has smell to it, bathtub faucet was leaking, appeared stained and dirty, couch looked stained, and nasty would not have suggested anyone sit down and no amenities like shampoo or soap. Whole hotel needs serious attention and a complete remodel. I will not be staying there again. When told staff about bathtub all they could say is "we know". Why you would rent out a room in that condition is unbelievable to me. Heard other occupants saying no AC or leaks in their room and they had to be moved to another room. What a disaster thank God only one night and the breakfast was not that great either. Nothing good to say about this hotel or stay. Good somewhere else for your own safety and piece of mind.

Hotel beds were nice but many other issues with shower head in original room…..TVs in both rooms need to get replaced, toilet seat was loose in second room!! Service at desk was good waited a lil while but it’s all good…I would stay again when we visit!!

I was catfished by a hotel, the pictures did not show the reality of the condition of the hotel. The staff was cery friendly and accommodating but i wouldnt have paid so much for such a run down hotel especially one i dont feel safe in. I would pay $50 to stay somewhere this bad

I had no idea that the hotel i made a reservation was filthy, totally unkept, with very bad service. Every door i saw needed painting, carpets were very dirty, floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. In my room there are holes in the walls, pipes sticking out, crooked toilet, filthy carpet, torn drapes, bathroom, a disaster. No one came into my room to freshen it up, add coffee packets, make the bed, empty wastebaskets, absolutely nothing. I need to add, the breakfast was very food and the staff excellent. I am embarrassed for Ramada and for Wyndham, I hope you will be also. Then take care of your property.

It’s a very nice hotel very big and spacious, the pictures show to much of luxurious place when it’s very dirty not even the lightest of clean which can be forgivable but it was definitely dirty vents, bed frames dirty & tv, carpet stained, there was a roach in the restroom, and very dirty. Didn’t bring it up to the staff since we were there just the night and the roach we saw early morning, hotel has a lot of potential if housekeeping was a bit extra with the cleaning, nothing beats a super clean hotel room especially with small babies. But for future references we won’t stay again.

Go somewhere else!

For starters, the room key never seemed to work. When we finally got into the room the carpets were filthy and stained, the walks had paint missing, the hot water knob on the tub spigot fell off to name a few of the issues. The hallway to the room was not well lit, probably to disguise the condition of the carpet. Pool was freezing cold and the pool area was dirty. The area around the hotel is sketchy and police were present at the hotel both nights I was there.

Bad Hotel stay

Food was good. We had a very bad experience with the bed, as the pull out couch bed was covered in puck. When brought up, the hotel gave us a free room to sleep in. But, next day when they cleaned the room, they still didn't clean the bed.
