Unfortunately, the images online do not match the reality of this hotel. When my friend and I checked in, we asked if we could have adjoining rooms. The staff member said he would try to make something happen, and even said that he’s going to provide us with an “upgrade”. We thought to ourselves if this is the upgrade we stuttered to think what the alternative would’ve been. I myself am a Wyndham rewards member and wasn’t even acknowledged or welcomed with that. I would bypass this hotel and look for a boutique hotel further down the road.

Front desk- apathic at best, rude at worse. Not people people. Fruit flys everywhere. Worn and stained linen (but clean). They put us on the first floor by the office which was noisy. Would not stay here again.

We stayed for 6 nights. We were never told at check in that housekeeping would only service the room once every three days. We complained and asked for service one day early. We were told it would be provided. No one ever showed as we were promised Also, , the shower faucet would not turn off. There was some cork that staff seemed to know. Rather than sending someone to fix the problem, we had to call several times to have someone who knew the”quirk”remedy the situation. Would not recommend.

Too expensive for the condition of the room

Room was dirty, full of roaches and flying insects. Area unsafe, lots of drug addicts and homeless all around the property.

The room was clean, but the surrounding area wasn't clean. Seemed like an unsafe place especially after dark. I really didn't appreciate the fact that they charge an extra $25 per night for a small dog. No where on their website did it say they would charge extra for a dog!! I was VERY upset that there was this extra charge never mentioned anywhere until I arrived with our dog. I will not be staying there again!
