The staff in the lobby was okay, not greeted when you walked in, the staff in the eatery were horrible, we were there almost 50 minutes before we decided to leave as no staff member ever came to our table to take our order. The morning breakfast was just okay I did have to let the staff know that some of their "hot" food was cold and that they were totally out of coffee. On the positive side our bed was comfortable, and we were in walking distance to some breweries and other places to eat and shop, not sure if I would rebook there for our next vacation to Santa Fe..

This is an older refurbished property. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were old and not very comfortable. We used the shuttle once to take us downtown and pick us up, but it only runs on the hour, so that can be frustrating. We ended up just driving ourselves the rest of the time. We had ants in our room and told management about when we checked out and they promised to take care of it. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast--very processed. However, there are restaurants within walking distance that serve breakfast. Also, there's a Whole Foods next door.

Pass on this one, sorry.

The hotel looked like it had a nice restaurant with a live band, wish I could have experienced that but had a reservation elsewhere. The room was horribly outdated and not clean. There was a moldy odor in the room. The bedding seemed old and dingy, had to sleep with clothes on because I didn’t want my skin on those sheets. Bathroom & tub/shower old & dingy also. WAY overpriced for the shape it’s in. Sorry, until they do a remodel… PASS on the Sage, trust me!
