The hotel was great. We had a pretty significant plumbing issue from the shower faucet the first night and there was a half inch of water on the floor in the bathroom and by the sink. Between Paula coming to check the issue, and a plumber coming, it was a short inconvenience. Thanks to Paula for all the hard work. The room was clean and the staff was great. We did have some dogs on the first floor next to us, which I guess aren’t the dog friendly rooms? The people left their dogs unattended and the dogs were howling and barking. We did call to the office. One of the staff opened the door and the dog ran out and almost was hit but another cleaning crew grabbed it before that happened thankfully. If people bring their dogs I am fine with it. I have one. But they need to be housed properly and safe for their experience, as well as your own. All in all great experience.

The support staff did their best, but the main water main broke on our second day, and they did not inform us that we would have no running water for the duration of our stay afterwards, we found out because our toilet quit working. When we contacted the front desk, they said they knew about it and they would refund us for our stay. However we would have to find other accommodations. This was especially difficult because all other guests were also looking for a new hotel and with us not figuring it out until late in the day, most of the other hotels were already booked.

Great, cheap place to stay. No frills. Continental breakfast was a plus. Rooms are decent. Bed is outdated and blankets are flimsy. Fridge in room was loud and could disrupt sleep if sensitive to that. Bathrooms are clean and functional but clearly slapped together repairs in some areas. Staff was accommodating.

The woman that checked us in on 1/4/26 was wonderful! She was so kind and helpful - 5 stars for her!! The guy that checked us out was quite the opposite. He was harmless but not warm or friendly at all. Which is fine. It got loud at night with people yelling upstairs and/or in the parking lot. One night I heard a crash and then woke up to see the garbage can was knocked over. The maintenance guy said there were a handful of break-in attempts a couple days prior to our stay and then installed a lock on our window. So, that was unsettling. We'll be staying again as the location and price are right. Thanks!
