Jefferson is an amazing employee. Veey helpfull and great people skills. Our check-in was smooth and fast. He went the extra mile and helpes us get permission to oark our motorcycle's right outside the main entrance. We will definetly be stayi g there on our futurectrips.

Very disappointed in this hotel. When we made reservations for this property the only charge listed for pets was a $20 per night per pet charge. At check in we were told there would also be an additional $50 cleaning fee for pet. This was not listed in their policies and would make a difference in choosing a hotel. The hotel itself is fine but Travelocity should make sure all charges are listed for hotels.

Overall, a decent stay - large greenery wrap around the properly dulling noises and making space more intimate. Staff was welcoming and very hardworking. Obvious decor improvements being undergone as of Spring ‘25. Room was clean, nice TV and furnishings. Breakfast was a fine set up and staff there was particularly friendly. Only real frustration was the pool area. The pool was clean and very nice, the hot tub had ugly water and smelled a little rank.

Super mad 😡 parent 😠

I wish I got a full refund I had a infent and three small children that could of got hunted virus which could of been fatal if ididnt change rooms and the next room had rodent pee on matter u can smell it I seen the problem before I want a full refund for every room not cool I'm saving my photos

Good spot for a crash

It was OK. We got in really late and the dog fee was not as advertised on Hotels.com, but they said they would not charge me for this. So hopefully Hotels.com can fix this on their site. The manager was friendly and we would come back.
