Room was excellent; very clean and balcony was a nice touch! Staff were nice, amenities were good except the outdoor pool was closed. We were sad because we wanted to get some rays regardless of it being October (weather was still warm). The golf course was open but the fairways were dead grass, didn’t end up wanting to play.

Would not stay here again. Staff wouldn’t help us and helped others around us. Outdoor Pool closed for repairs. Indio pool full of families- standing room only in pool. Room worn furniture.

Absolutely beautiful, but the only spoiler was the disappointing condition of the furniture in the room. The desk chair leather back looked totally worn out and the chair was in pretty poor shape. Additionally the refrigerator cabinet door was hanging off the hinge, and the fridge kept moving around making the cabinet door not work. I was told a refresh of these was probably going to happen next year. Just not acceptable room condition for beautiful resort like this. Management should have addressed long before it got to this stage. One of the two breakfasts took forever for food to be delivered, but the second day was extremely fast service.

How dare you chambermaid knocks persistently on my door at 8:15 AM calling 'housekeeping' Thus waking me up as she didn't stop knocking until i answered the door. I shall be making a complaint about that to Ken Trujillo. That was out of order and ruined my stay

The room was great, definitely no frills though. Restaurants were slow and closed early. Menus were very limited. No room service. We enjoyed our time but they definitely need to update!
