The property was nice, because of COVID however, the ammenties were not offered. It was a pain having to walk down to the front desk to get things that are normally in the room. The fact that there wasn't any food offered was a big deal. I must of missed that stuff in the fine print because we wouldn't of stayed there. It would of been nice to be able to get a sandwich or breakfast there instead of having to drive all over.

This is not a 3.5 star hotel. It is barely 2 stars. It is a tired property crying out for a remodel. Rooms smelled old and musty. One room had underwear that had been left in a dresser and leftover takeout food in the in-room fridge. Carpet is very old, Other examples: ironing board without iron, no hair dryer. I booked this hotel expecting a Marriot. This is more like a Motel 6 1/2. That said, staff was excellent. It's simply a property that needs to be redone - or demolished.

Our stay at this Marriott was great. The lobby area is stunningly beautiful and the staff was very welcoming to us and our fur baby. Our room provided every thing we needed, was clean, and had a comfortable bed. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is please update your rooms as it feels a little outdated and not as a Marriott should.
