Room floor dirty and no Maid service which was not noted until we checked in, unable to get room service. There was a problem with water availability also. This was all brought to the attention of front desk staff. I will say that even though there was limited services at this hotel, the staff were all very friendly, so I conclude this a management issue. Again, I'm very disppointed in the cost for a upper scale hotel with less than adequate services.

The Albuquerque Marriott Was an excellent choice for our 1 day stay. The entire staff were so welcoming and kind. The room was clean and cool waiting for our arrival. The pool area is so relaxing and well maintained. It is located in an excellent safe area filled with shopping and dinning establishments.
