Lower your customer service expectations

Hotel was nice, service was not great. We had a very late check in due to a road closure getting into Santa Fe. We arrived at 11pm, were told they could not find our reservation. After some research our reservation was found only to be told they did not have any more rooms for the suite we booked. The front desk associate continued to say unprofessional statements, voiced his lack of knowledge on the situation loudly and did not handle the pressure of the line in the lobby. Management was called only to have bad cell connection making the process even harder. Eventually almost an hour and a half later well after midnight we got into our rooms. Management did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience for our family. If you stay here I recommend verifying your reservation is saved and your room won't be given away.

Easy checkin; very comfy villa with everything we needed. Plenty carts at front entrance to make it very easy to unload/load. It was very quiet at the villa and we had easy access to stores, grocery & shopping.

Comfortable and convenient

We spent a great weekend at the Hilton Villas de Santa Fe. Our family had a 2 bedroom suite. The beds and room were comfortable, and everything was clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the heated pool and hot tub area. The location is excellent - an easy walk to the plaza and close to DeVargas Mall for groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Great value and will definitely look to stay the next time we are in town.

I booked this property as a personal retreat space for R&R in lieu of paying a well-being therapist. I had not stayed at a Hilton Vacation Club Villa property previously. I was pleasantly pleased with the villa, the kitchenette, the 2 tvs, the spa, and the softest bath towels! Even more pleased that a Sprouts grocery store and downtown were within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and easy to engage in conversation. Thank you for everything. It was just what I had hoped and needed.

Perfect choice

So glad we stayed here. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. Wonderful hot tub. The location was perfect - we were able to walk to restaurants and museums. And the shower really was accessible.
