The hotel itself was really pretty and at an amazing location. My only complaint is that the room smelled so bad. Think of every type of food leftover with the door closed for days on end. We left with all of our belongings and the car stinking like old takeout. We also had to ask for more towels since we didn’t get our room serviced and when we went to the desk, instead of giving us 4 towels they said “just 2 because they make us write everything down” lol?

Excellent one night stay

My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay. Clean, comfortable room. Loved the location - easy walk to Town Plaza for shopping and dining. Outdoor room access - $10 parking reasonable. Only hiccup was for alarms went off multiple times the morning of departure. Luckily it was 10am and not sooner.

My only issue was that housekeeping didn’t bother to knock before entering to make sure the room was empty on checkout day. It happened twice. Otherwise terrific room and location. Easy walking distance for shopping and dining on the plaza. Definitely will consider staying here again.

The location was wonderful. Only two blocks from the plaza. Tons of shops, cafes, restaurants, and the historic churches and Palace of the Governors. The room needs to be updated. The living room was dark with only one light and one lamp. The lamp needs to be thrown away as it is unstable. The bedroom does not have a tv in it. Was kind of a dreary suite compared to most hotels I've stayed at over the years.
