I have stayed at this hotel before when I've been to an event at the Royal Albert Hall as it's within easy walking distance and this was also the reason for my stay this time. I came with a friend we had adjoining rooms which were very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The staff are lovely and friendly and even remembered us from our visit last year which made it all the more special. I would definitely stay here again. Everything you’d want is near by

Very nice hotel in good location. We walked a few blocks to the Victoria&Albert museum and the Natural History museum. Next day a longer walk to the British museum past Buckingham Palace and Constitution Hill & Mall. Took the tube back to South Kensington station a few blocks from the hotel. That tube would take me directly to Heathrow if I wanted. Plenty of Pubs and pastry shops nearby but best avoid the hotel bar. £33 for two drinks - really?

The staff at the front desk are very rude. The woman that greeted us didn’t listen when I told her my name three times and then made me show her ID because she didn’t think I was the person that made the booking despite showing her the confirmation on my phone. She laughed and asked me if my name was my real name which offended me and she generally wasn’t very helpful. The rooms are noisy and we could hear a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms all night which disturbed our sleep. The other staff were nice. The man that helped us put our luggage in a taxi to leave was lovely.

This an excellent hotel. As soon as you come in, it feels like home. The staff is great. They are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is wonderful. It is a 5-min walk to the tube station.

Boutique hotel in a great location close to the tube and restaurants. Outstanding service by the staff. Nothing was too much effort. They were pleasant, polite and very accomodating. Only one small downside. The beds are extremely firm and even with a mattress topper put into place they were a little harder than my personal preference. It didn’t detract from my stay here and I would certainly come back. Great hotel.

Our room was so noisy little soundproofing you could hear other room doors slamming, we could hear someone above us walking around & kids running down the corridors shouting. We had to leave our aircon on in December to try to mask some of the noise. Very disappointing. I told the receptionist on checkout this morning who asked if we’d reported it. We had nt as there was little that could be done other than telling the kids off!
