Great vacation spot

Lovely home, patio and pool area. Bathrooms could be updated and home is definitely a challenge for anyone with mobility issues (no railings on the short flights of steps nor getting in/out of pool). Living room furniture a huge plus with multiple comfy recliners! Overall a great experience.

Great house and centrally located

The house was beautiful but some areas need attention. The pool could have been cleaned prior to arrival and the stone facing needs to be replaced that are missing. The pool area should have a least two lounge chaises. The internet was not working therefore no television and minimal cell service. We arrived on Saturday and no service until Monday afternoon

Would recommend, just as described

Listing is just as described, great views and comfy accommodations. They even had robes! We found the guidebook helpful and appreciate that they included the Red Rocks parking pass. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was just as promised when we arrived.

Great spot

Our 2 kids were home for spring break and the place was perfect. Sedona.org was kind of mediocre as a property manager, but we loved the property. Had a little miscommunication on the pool, but nothing relating to the property itself.

Christmas Break

What an amazing property! Our stay was fantastic!! Check in was very easy with an email telling us the code to get into the home. The views of the Sedona mountains from the patio are breathtaking! We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and it was fantastic, definitely worth the money. It felt like we were sitting in a hot tub which was perfect for the December nights we were there. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The only concern was the temperature of the home was a bit colder than we liked on the first couple days of the stay. The thermostat is on the second floor and even when we turned it up to 73 degrees, the upstairs stayed toasty (almost too warm) but the main floor and primary bedroom remained very chilly. We notified the management team and they sent someone out that same day to look at the furnace. We had the gas fireplace going and used the plush robes that they had in all the bedroom closets but wish we would have brought slippers to wear on the cold tile floor throughout the main floor. Aside from that hiccup, we had an awesome experience at Sedona Breeze and would definitely go back!

Serene experience

This location was worth every penny. You’ll find it tucked in a quiet luxury neighborhood in west Sedona. Close to the main sites and far enough out to avoid the noise and hustle of the tourists. The views are amazing. The property managers are top notch. We asked to use a paid feature of the site. There was a discrepancy on the cost and after a brief call the company honored the original price, a real quality operator. Definitely stay here again. Be sure to book Chef Jordan for a private dinner, highlight of the trip!

Gorgeous home with an amazing view.

This place is perfect! The house is clean with nice furniture and decor. All cabinets and light swicthes are labeled, making it easy to find your way around. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware and basic spices. And the view...it is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset everyday.

Serenity in Sedona

The home is located in the back of a beautiful neighborhood and is just lovely. There are lots of outdoor and indoor spaces (including rooftop) with quiet corners to take in the gorgeous surroundings. Home has all of the features and furnishings you need to have a luxurious vacation experience. A good to know comment - Third bedroom doesn’t have a door but is set off from the other bedrooms so not an issue for us. We will be back!!

Annual Girls Trip!

My friends and I had a fabulous stay at Sedona Breeze! The house was perfect for us... It was well stocked to enjoy making meals in, the heated pool/hot tub was perfect, and the location amazing. It was extremely clean, the towels and robes were great. It was an easy drive to all the hikes and close to town for some amazing meals out. I would 100% stay at Sedona Breeze again. All communications were clear and the team was quick to reply and helpful.

Gorgeous Location; Perfect House

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is just as shown in the pictures and just as described - what you see is exactly what you get, including that amazing view of the mountains. The property management team is excellent and addressed an issue we were having extremely quickly. House was very well equipped and cared for with everything needed for a seamless stay and very clean. Don't hesitate for a minute booking here if you are coming to Sedona!

Fantastic experience!

My husband and I rented the house for 6 days in early November. House was incredibly clean. Most things were in working condition…coffee maker could use to be replaced. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furniture and beds. Pool was very nice in the evenings after hiking all day. Incredible views. Would definitely rent again!
