There was nothing I did not like. The employees were happy and very cordial - greeting guests as they came and left. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choices and the concierge helpful and chock full if information. It was very quiet also The only negative was the parking people who I don't think worked for the hotel but rather worked for another company at the hotel. They could have cared less - watched you struggle with luggage and before you even got to your room - had sent a text requesting a tip.Not very professional

The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is included and the dining staff were very helpful and kept the food stocked. The location is great and is close to a lot of walkable things to see.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Locked out of the bathroom, took hours just to get someone up there and longer to fix. Thankfully one of the infants wasn't locked in there. Left a mess after repair and no house keeping during our stay.

Get a south facing room
This is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. I would easily given 5 stars except it was extremely noisy at night, which would be much better if your room didn’t face Bay Street/ River. It was the weekend so I blame myself for not anticipating it faced a major cruising street. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly.
