The condo has one closet that is the owner's closet. It is locked. Otherwise, the condo is full access.
Other things to note
The condos were initially built as The Florida Motel and there is a newly remodeled laundry building on-site. The individual condos do not have washer and dryers. The laundry building is coin-op washer/dryer. Bring some quarters if you want to do laundry.
