We arrived about 45 min before check in (3pm). They advised room was not ready. I got a bad vibe from the reception counter, a "I really don't want to be here right now" vibe. When we pulled into the property, it looked very different than the photos. We decided to sit by the "tiki" bar. Airplanes flew over every few min so low you couldn't talk. The place was VERY dated and dingy. We decided to take the penalty of one night and rebooked somewhere else.

The water front was nice and the food & service was great at the Tarpon Bay. The sunsets were beautiful from there as well. The city view rooms were more like city hear rooms its all you heard!! The bed was very uncomfortable and they had nothing but 2 sheets and a very thin blanket to cover up with. And last but certanly not least the toilet would not flush but every few times! We would not stay again just for that reason.

Thank you for leaving your review. All rooms have hot water unless a plumbing issue arises. Yes, the property is old; however the rooms were updated 2 years ago; with more coming over the next year. I would love to discuss the issues; however I have no way to reach you as you posted as anonymously.

You can bring your boat and keep it there. The tiki bar was great. Food was good as was the entertainment.

I arrived at 1:15 pm. I couldnt do a early check in. I couldn't borrow towels. My room only had 2 towels for 4 peolple. No one cohld come to my room to bring towels. Shower had vack mold around tub. I took a picture. I will nver stay there again.

Dear Valued Guest, I am so sorry to hear about the issues you had during your stay. First off, I am sorry we could not get you in early. March is the busiest time of the year for us and we are usually sold out every day of the month. This makes it very difficult for us to accomidate early checkins. With regards to the towels, all our king rooms come with two sets of towels. Upon request we can bring you more. I have also mentioned something to housekeeping about mildew issues in the bathroom.
