The enclosed backyard is a tranquil haven, featuring a private pool where you can unwind under the sun or enjoy a refreshing evening swim. It's an ideal space for family gatherings, barbecues, or simply enjoying the serene ambiance.

Located by the entrance to the East Rocks neighborhood, "Sooner Beach Escape" offers quick and easy access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the soft sands and gentle waves at a moment's notice. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active beachside adventure, this home provides the perfect setting for unforgettable memories.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), free WIFI with TV streaming devices, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
