The staff was nice, service was prompt. The only problem was that we booked two rooms requesting two queen beds. First they did not give us connected rooms. When I realized and asked for connected rooms we were told there are no connected rolms with two queen beds in both. We were then moved to a downgraded room with a connected room.

This place is in a Business Park and I guess there were no conferences or much business because it was a ghost town. It was very pretty with trees and outdoor areas, but it was winter. I felt very safe traveling alone. I would use them again. I paid extra for breakfast, but I would skip that next time.

I had a problem a with paying extras for parking and being charged extra for something I can't explain. Having to wait until 1:30 to check in there then that it was overall a good experience. Can you have honey packet to the room for the tea.
