Price, location and pleasant staff were great but the hotel needs an update and refresh including beds and phone system. Room phones not working (technical problems) key card machine not working . Front desk understaffed. Pretty bare bones operation .

Room had a few bugs in there , the lighting in there was horrible, the advertising was misleading- they used Staybridge pictures to promote Crowne Plaza They wanted to charge for a refrigerator and microwave to be used in the room as this was not specified at time of booking!!

The service is terrible. The front desk at check in was rushed and not cordial. The shower curtain had mold on it. At check out we were told we could not get a printed receipt and one would be emailed. It is now three days after check out and I still have not received an email. There is no response to their text service and the front desk does not answer the phone.

I was surprised by the overall poor quality. The property is poorly maintained. Rooms are old, inside lighting is limited. The area feels unsafe. It was not a good experience, not in comparison to other Crowne Plaza hotels.

A refrigerator in the room just a small one. An indoor area where guest who smoke can smoke comfortably with out being in the freezing cold. Better room service.
