the rooms were not fully cleaned at all and the sheets were dirty. the tub would flood when taking a shower and the sink water did not go down. the people were nice but the hotel is not ideal to stay in.

Room was ok. The smell was not the greatest. Many amenities looked old. The valet service was slow and there was barely anyone there. Finally, breakfast service said 6am to 11am in the email, however when arrived at the restaurant they said it closed at 9am.

The Dr.

When I checked in, front staff was not friendly. However, I appreciated the coupon for free breakfast. The remote control for TV had buttons missing. The door to my hotel room needed some paint. Also, there were stains on the couch, and I saw trash in the corner from previous that the cleaning staff should have seen if they truly cleaned the entire room. I tried to call the front desk for a wake up call, but the phone was not working (very frustrating). This hotel needs to do better to train staff. Also, you need to make sure you pay attention to the details (cleaning, phone working, remote control) as those things make for a better experience. I doubt I will stay here again. Disappointing…

Not so friendly staff. Room with torn wallpaper and tapped lamp plug. Phone in room was not working. Coffee brewing machine had rust inside, even after changing to another one. Blinds can't be closed. No fridge in the room. During rain, requested for umbrella to borrow but was denied rudely.
