It’s was clean and the hospitality at front desk was amazing, Patrick thank you again for your service and hospitality! I would return again but I had to drop it down 1 star for 3 reasons … 1) housecleaning didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate with them and 2) this is my fault but nevertheless I came down for breakfast 20 minutes before ending and when I stepped in line for omelettes I was told it was closed by a staff member standing and directing, when I sat down I noticed that others were coming after me and got in line, and 3) the worst was valet you wait longer then checking in everytime you want your car, plan on 15-25 minutes, when I asked why it took so long, they said they have to run down the street and up several floors to retrieve our cars. Personally I suggest that they should keep staff at the garage and swap as cars are being returned or picked up, counting down on time since we are there on burrowed time. They could do better. Other then this I would recommend staying here, it’s was enjoyable the rooms were spacious and food was good and location is near by stadium and all other activities, just need to go around these curves I mentioned.
