"We found a large live cockroach in the bathroom"

"The one person on staff did her best to assist, but it was clear she had no one else working with her. The room quality wasn't great - the jacuzzi tub was broken (the jets were either not working or spraying EVERYWHERE. We asked for extra blankets and no one ever brought any. The hot tub jets were also broken. I would give a 2/10, and the two points are because the only person on staff did her best."

"Well, when we pulled in the parking lot, it’s just an absolutely beautiful place really nice. And when I walked inside, I thought a oh boy my husband and I have hit the jackpot. This is absolutely breathtaking. OK the room was nice. It was tiny, but very nice looking the problems I had were. There was no room to put anything. There was no desk. There was no chest of drawers. There was no table. There was one small computer chair. That was the only place to sit in the whole room other than the bed there was one very narrow, small bench pushed up against the wall to set a suitcase. I have a very small traveling suitcase that fits on the plane. OK not a giant one. And it barely held that it did have two sinks one in the hallway kind of by the front door and one in the bathroom, so that was very convenient the bathroom with the shower was absolutely beautiful. The shower was lovely and nice and spacious. It had glass doors and when you walked in, you had a motion sensor light, which was very nice. Other than that, I was very amazed there was nothing in it like a regular hotel room no place to put another suitcase The trash basket was about about as big as a loaf of bread. So there was no place to put anything we ordered out and got some food. We had to sit on the bed needed. The doors weighed 3000 pounds I couldn’t even open the door. The doors to the bathroom were the same way I got stuck in the bathroom couldn’t open the door and had to holler for my husband to open the door."
