These people were so friendly, the room was nice, clean, and the breakfast was perfect for us. We extended our stay while there. 100% better than what I expected for the price.

The place was well kept and clean even with the old carpet in our room. Beds were comfortable and loved accommodation for my disability. The location was close to Mayo wich made it easier for traveling. Loved the cosey family feeling and breakfast was a good bonus. Staff were patientv& friendly Room 113 Thank you.

When I came in, although the front desk person was there, not once. Did he look up or say hello. there was a father with a small daughter waiting for some information from the person at the front desk who again didn't seem to be paying them any attention. they finally just left. This person at the front desk was not friendly at all. And once he did get to me between 5 and 10 minutes later, he gave me the impression. I was bothering him. his whole behavior seemed very rudehis whole behavior seemed very rude. He finally gave me a room, told me one number. And yet the room was actually several doors down. this would not have been bad, except after someone is knocking on my door it was somebody who was not a personnel person. he was telling me he was supposed to be staying in this room and I've already been in this room for about 2 hours. shortly after that, I got a phone call from someone allegedly from the front desk. Asking me what room I was in? And when I told him I have been in this room for 2 hours. Then, he said, okay. i was very nervous throughout the whole night because of this. i was too scared to sleep. This is an average type travel hotel but for the price decent continental breakfast options are available, nice shuttle service, clean pool, hot tub and exercise area, walkable for Mayo buildings and other dining options and is pet friendly so for a budget hotel you give it a five star rating👍

This is a great place if you’re on a budget and don’t mind a few minor annoyances and aren’t there for the ambience. The room was spacious and the pool was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. The ROKU box was broken and it took hours to get a replacement. One bedside lamp never worked and it wasn’t replaced. All in all, it’s a great deal, especially if you are in town for the Mayo Clinic, since there are discounts for patients and a free shuttle.

I know reading something is open to interpretation so I apologize if this comes off rude. My mother-in-law had a massive stroke and has lived in Ames Iowa her whole life The only hospital that would provide the surgery care she needed was in your city at the Mayo clinic. What was supposed to be a one-day stay with family turned into needing a hotel for two nights checking out and checking into another location for multiple reasons for the remainder of my wife's stay for her mother. Let me start by saying that my wife is an amputee she uses a prosthetic leg for mobility and your front desk help was very accommodating to get her a shower chair. However I paid for a king suite for her trying to pamper her the best that I could while she's going through what she's going through in turn she got a double queen room directly next to a exterior door that slams all night long because of the type of clientele that frequence your establishment. The pictures online made it look like it was a nice place family oriented stay. Which turned out to be a television that didn't work a lamp that wouldn't turn on an alarm clock that was an hour behind not your fault The odor of the air conditioner permeating the room and the construction workers cat calling me to and from my car making me feel extremely unsafe while trying to keep my mother alive completely uncalled for I feel disrespected I feel deceived and I will never stay at your location again nor will I refer anyone to your location if som

wonderful one night short stay

It took us a little while to find the hotel as there is no flashing sign near the hotel but it was a wonderful experience for us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!
