The hotel staff was extremely rude, every single one of them and I encountered atleast 5 individuals. The fridge in our room didn’t work and they couldn’t care less. The bed sheets were dirty and they wouldn’t switch them out. Overall the stay was less than pleasant and we will never return to this hotel.

The hotel layout and parking are confusing. Our room had a large window opening to a public area so had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. Room was very clean. The Skywalk to the Civic Center was really nice in the winter weather. Long walk but better than being in the snow and cold. The amount charged did not match the amount during the booking through hotels.com.

Excellent service, above and beyond. Very nice hotel and rooms were perfect. Convenient access to Mayo. My only complaints would be no microwave in rooms and no help with luggage. Just had my leg amputated.
