We just stayed one night for a show at the Civic Center. It was nice that we could walk to restaurants and to the center. The parking was a hassle, due to construction in the parking facility. When we went to leave, the machine will not take our card. I push the help button and somebody came to help me, but by then my weight of parking had gone up two more dollars just because the machine wouldn’t work. The hotel was very nice parking not so much.

For anyone visiting the Mayo Clinic this location is very convenient and easily accessible. Close to good restaurants including Crave right inside the hotel and the Italian restaurant Terza next door. I am usually picky about the quality of beds and cleanliness of the washroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and washroom was very clean. If I return I would stay at Indigo again.

Most of our stay was okay. We only had 2 problems. The replace battery light was flashing in the thermostat and the room was either freezing when set to 68 or hot when set to 70. The maintenance crew didn’t show up until the day we checked out. The other problem which should have been caught was when the cleaning crew replaced the towels the top wash cloth was dirty. There were other ones there, but the dirty one was right on top.
