Very nice hotel. Clean room and staff were polite, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to help me. If I visit Minneapolis again, I would definitely stay here. One more thing, a perfect location! I went to go see the Minnesota Orchestra during my visit and was surprised when I found out the Auditorium was only 6 minutes away. The hotel also has its own parking in the back!

The breakfast was at the restaurant on site so was not an included breakfast. Daughter's sausage was not cooked - cold in the middle. Other daughter had ordered something and about an hour after we placed the order the waiter came back and said they were out of the ingredients. The worst part was a waitress backed into my husband and the said to him "you need to get out of my way, buddy" and the waived her hands at him to shue him off. I kid you not!! The hotel accommodations were great. The restaurant on site - not so much.

We've stayed the last 4 years in a row to see the Bears play the Vikings and love it. Clean rooms, nice pool and hottub, friendly staff, bar and restaurant on site, parking and great location in downtown Minneapolis. Highly recommend!

We checked for bed bugs when we got in. Did not see anything. The morning of checkout we did find a bug on one pillowcase and squished it before could identify but it was full of blood and two people that saw it think it was. Also my daughter left her swimsuit which was spendy in the room in a pile of towels. Staff said it was not found. Otherwise the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Very lovely building and staff members. However, for the price paid, I would expect to have full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash (attached to the wall, of course) in the shower, as well as breakfast. I’d also went with this hotel as it was advertised ‘Free Shuttle Included’. However, the theatre I was attending an event at wasn’t included in their shuttle service.

The Inn was at a convenient location to walking areas downtown. It also had a very cute little and rustic vibe to it. I enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub and sauna. The staff at the check in counter were very kind. The attached restaurant was a great place to get breakfast.
