Very clean and well maintained. The valet staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful! I asked to be able to pay in cash but when I went to check out, I was told my card had already been charged and there wasn't anything she could do. That was the only downside.

Quick 2 minute walk to the Excel for a PWHL game. Great bar restaurant right next door. The breakfast in the morning had many options and was good. We loved that you had to use room key to enter hotel and elevators, felt secured.

Could have been better

Love the area. Hotel lacking a bit No parking, only valet, expensive and inconvenient. Didn't feel like staff really did a good job welcoming guests or accommodating during the stay.

Great hotel guest service

Clean but there was left over garbage in the garbage can and they could use new mattresses. Other than that the service was excellent and the breakfast was great. They need more room for valet parking not just 2 spots not very convenient.
