Hotel was historic and unique since it was a convent and music school. The rooms were clean, but carpet could be replaced. The lobby and bar were neat and historic, breakfast was great. The area around the hotel is sketchy. Lots of homeless people.

Good value and fun hotel

The interior and theme of the hotel is kitche and fun. Comfortable beds, stayed in the King Suite. The staff were super nice and helpful. It’s an old building and could use a deep clean, but the room was clean.

Beautifully restored historic

This hotel is a hidden gem in St. Paul. The building has incredible history, and you can feel it in the original woodwork, the grand lobby, and the beautiful art pieces throughout. Our two-bedroom suite was elegant, spotless, and comfortable, with upscale touches everywhere. The staff are kind, professional, and welcoming. The bar/restaurant is stunning. I felt safe in the area, and parking was easy in the lot behind the hotel. Truly one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Very beautiful old building with tons of character

Stayed the night to attend a concert at xcel energy center. Was close enough to walk which is always a plus! Parking was convenient as there is a parking garage located directly behind the hotel. The decor is beautiful and charming.

I loved everything about this hotel except that I was on the second floor and heard lots of sirens throughout the night. Next time, I'll ask for a room on a higher floor.
