Cost effective and clean.
We were there for Mayo Clinic appointments so the hotel was not our main concern. It is an older property but has been pretty well maintained. Not as spacious and access friendly as some newer places, but we managed to use a wheelchair OK. The staff was helpful and courteous. There is an elevator to the subway system that allows easy access to all the Mayo Clinic facilities.

I always stay at this Hotel because is so coveniently close and has a tunnel to Mayo Clinic. It has breakfast. The property is not all modern but it is well maintained. Any concerns we have staff responds very fast. So as long as we need we return and feel it is our home away from home.

We've stayed at Brentwood several times. The excellent location, kind staff & comfortable rooms make our time at Mayo Clinic easier to manage. This is truly our home away from home during extremely stressful times.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of rooms and the Inn and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was very good. We really appreciated having parking facility and being within walking distance of Gonda and Mayo clinics. Would be nice to have dining available at lunch or dinner, but there were restaurants nearby. All in all, it was excellent at Brentwood.
