The room was very clean. Beds were pretty comfortable for a hotel. More towels would be nice because we had 3 people and only 2 towels. We did ask for more with no issue. Easy access to the subway to go to the hospital. The hotel let us keep our vehicle in the parking garage till we went home no charge. And gave us a key card to get on the elevator to the subway. Very accommodating

Room was clean and the staff is always friendly. Had to give 4 stars because of the toilet paper. I know it sounds odd…but I had to get off the toilet to reach the roll to use it. Do wish you could rearrange the chairs and dresser so that you could see the tv. Always out of fresh fruit. Our first stay there was always fruit..now there is never fresh fruit. That being said…we will return in April
