Everything smelled. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet running. Only nice thing was the laminate flooring throughout the entire room made me less worried about unclean carpet.

Best hotel for the cost

They switched my fridge for a working one which I appreciated. The room was clean. The shower was hot and plentiful. The A/C unit worked well. The bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant. This is a great value for the money.

The staff are incredibly polite and kind so I give 2 thumbs up for that. It was a good price and the booking and check in were seamless and non stressful. However my worst issue was that several people ran TVs all night or music very late and I was unable to sleep, which I really needed. If the room had been quieter, my review would be much better.

I’ve stayed here a few times. This room, carpet had obvious spill stains on carpet and fridge kept making loud noises at 2 am. I was in no mood to change rooms at 2 am so just dealt with it till I checked out. Ok for the price

The room was really dirty. Paper thin walls, no hot water. Curtains didn’t close all the way and very bright in the room at night.I had to be at Mayo for an illness im dealing with and got no sleep. I will not stay here again.

Staff were friendly, professional & very helpful! Spacious 1-bed room. Plenty of closet space & dresser with drawers. Nice kitchen set-up with fridge, stovetop & mic. Empty cabinets & drawers, but got some supplies once we realized you need to request any utensils, dishes, cookware from front desk. Table & 2 chairs. Bare-bones amenities (no tissues?!), no counter space in bathroom. Hallway smelled like pot, and room musty/damp. Didn’t see the “Grab & Go” bagged breakfast, but desk staff said it was a pastry, granola bar & coffee. Adequate accommodations for a budget motel…good reminder that ‘you get what you pay for’. Met our needs for a cheap one-night stay.

Extended Stay hotels are always a good stay in a clean, comfortable room and a safe environment. The Rochester Extended Stay certainly upheld those standards. Would definitely stay again.

Just needed a place to stay for one night for my son and me, and it worked for that purpose. In the evening, there were a couple of dogs barking in the hotel (obviously, it's a pet friendly hotel), and I worried that it was going to be an issue. But I never heard a dog after 9pm, so no problem. We didn't even check out the breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a good value for the low price.

The hotel is in serious need of repairs. Our room had a light bulb missing and broken phone. There was no repair man available to fix it, so they offered to switch our room. We didn't, simply because we didn't have any need for the hotel phone, other than to call the front desk. There is also a lingering musty smell throughout the entire building. I have no idea what the source is. It was doable for a 2 night stay, but if we had been gone any more than that, we would have switched hotels.

From the time I walked in it was a get what you pay for moment. Do to an event it was the only thing available. It felt like we were staying in a half way house. We had to go buy bedding and new towels to use. It did not feel clean enough to use theirs . There is no housekeeping unless you stay over 7 days . The lady at the desk was not nice during the mornings. There is a small kitchenette with no dishes utensils or cookware at all. We definitely did not leave any valuables in the room when we were not there. The only grab and go breakfast was coffee and a breakfast bar. No pool no place at all outside your room to sit . Just hoping I did not bring home bed bugs . Will never stay here again even if only option! I will stay a distance and drive next time.
