They need to spend some time teaching manager and front desk team how to be sure they cover hotel details with clients when checking in. WiFi sign on asks for room number, last name, and a code. However, if you enter a last name it will reject everything else. No one conveyed this to us. Called front desk twice with no answer at 7:30pm to get this info. Went down stairs for a third time to retrieve this information. Manager never apologized just kept saying “ Mmm- Hmm”….”well, they should have explained that to you!” Very condescending. The other two times I had to go down to desk: checked in…went to room…none of the keys worked! Had to go back down and get keys properly synced. We went to dinner and let them know HVAC was not working…79 degrees in the room even when set at 71. Come back from dinner, room still 79 degrees. No text…no message…no call in status. Call front desk and they say “Oh - we are switching your room! Come down and get your keys.” …(really??)…had gotten drenched in a downpour and just wanted a hot shower… now we are packing up our stuff and moving!… (couldn’t call and let us know??….couldn’t bring us the keys??)…NO - back downstairs I go only to have the manager be condescending! The front desk teams were friendly and helpful, but not trained on providing real service. Bartender was excellent and cocktails were good. Breakfast wait staff was great and very attentive. Food was good and lots of choices. Coffee needs some work….a little watered down&bitter
