The hallways smells horribly of mold/smoke. The vending machines on every floor took your money, it took us 20 min and going to the front desk multiple times just to get a drink and a bag of chips. The room smelled terrible and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well at all which is surprising considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic. We were here visiting family that lives close by but it’s worth staying further out to avoid this place! Oh and the parking is horrendous. The overflow lot we were told to park it isn’t lit at all and I was very uncomfortable walking from it to the hotel in the dark by myself.

Lovely Hotel! Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express In Brandermill for over a month and I'm so pleased! The Hotel is situated in a beautiful residential area with lots of shopping, restaurants and things to do! The staff was awesome in guiding me to all the local hot spots. They've even given me a complimentary upgrade!!!!! The complimentary breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day and the breakfast area was lovely to lounge in when I wanted to get out of my room for a while. I'm planning my next month long stay to be there and look forward to seeing all the friends I've made there!

Bad Experience

I booked our October, three night stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Village Green, in February. We arrived and our first night had been given to someone else. We were sent to another Holiday Inn which was thirty minutes away from the first hotel and forty minutes from our family. I cannot comment on the hotel itself other than it looked nice on the outside and was a good location for us but will have a hard time now using the Holiday Inns. We have had very good experiences prior to this and things happen but I felt by going through the online site book ahead and booking for three days, that we would not have this problem.
