They have free parking and advertise for “rv and trailer parking” and will do absolutely nothing to help you solve the problem when the lots full. Staff was kind and made sure all other experiences were nice however I had to spend money on overnight parking for the trailer I brought with me. About a 3 minute drive from the boardwalk. Clean. Parking situation really rubbed me the wrong way.

The section of the building in which we stayed was older and needs upgrading and repairs. We were celebration a 70th birthday and upon checking in, there was an electrical issue and then it was discovered that the room, in which we were staying, did not have "hot" water, just lukewarm. Plus, only cold water came from the bathroom faucet with low water pressure. We were then allowed to switch rooms after a long wait, which was better as far as the water issue was concerned; but the refridgerator made a lot of noise, along with the heating unit and the toilet, once flushed, did not fill back up with water. So we had to take the top of the tank off and tap the water supply hose. I hated to continue to complain so I didn't. Just know, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying there again. Asked for a refund after the water issue but was told I'd have to wait for the property manager to reply. The time limit for that wait was up to 72 hours, and our stay was less than 24 hours, therefore I stayed the 2 nights, since I had already paid for the room in advance. Didn't want to pay for another stay at a different hotel without a guaranteed refund. On the bright side, the young man at the front desk was extremely nice, so he was much appreciated. But as for me, I did not enjoy all of the amenities.

There were a lot of people running around during the night and smoking throughout the floors even though the rooms were non smoking. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and although we were warned it would take a while to be served we were not prepared for an hour and a half wait for our meal. This is not an exaggeration. We could not go elsewhere because the marathon kept us essentially trapped.

While our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, the shower wasn’t functioning properly, the sliding glass doors had bad seals on them, our room was never properly serviced, there was very limited parking, and we were trapped trying to leave the property on Sunday because of a road closure due to a marathon. The front desk personnel had no idea how to get us out of the property on a timely basis. Won’t stay there again

So the room was very outdated It wasn’t clean correctly There was one staff member down at the front that was very rude when I had checked in Also, the maintenance people or whatever you would’ve wanna call them they didn’t speak no English they just walked into my room Didn’t really feel too safe just because the fact that I have young kids with me, this man just walks into my room and all I asked for was a remote. There was no remote in my room when I got there. Just very poor communication wouldn’t be my first choice

Rooms were outdated. Walls were extremely thin! I could hear my neighbors talking using their normal voices.

I booked this hotel for the view and closeness to the beach for a concert in town. Booking required first nights payment (the rest is paid on property). Upon checkin, the front desk told me the deposit was not applied through Expedia. I paid the balance and went to our room. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach and a balcony. It also had cameras right outside of our windows with full view of our entire room. I went to the lobby, the front desk associate said they did not have another similar room available so we had no choice but to stay there with the curtains closed, which defeated the purpose of booking a ocean view room. We had breakfast in the restaurant and we both got so sick. We ended up in bed and missing the concert. We called for room service later on since we needed to eat something after we’d been sick all day. They didn’t save our card on file from Expedia and said we had to go to the lobby to change it. When checking out, I mentioned the cameras again, how I hardly slept with a camera directly into our room. The front desk agent said they actually did have a room they could have switched us to (too late, we were checking out) but they are upgrading security by adding cameras. He said the manager would call me once he came in at 11, I never received a call. All other staff we ran into were incredibly friendly.
