Great location and very nice property. We had a room on the 12th floor. It was the last one on the right, so we had a wrap around balcony. Would highly recommend this property. Very clean, staff was great and it seemed very safe and was located at a good spot on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was really well-maintained with a lot of great amenities. The property was right on the beach, and also had a great outdoor and indoor pool. The free breakfast each morning was delicious and we found that it was just as good as something we could go out and pay for. The rooms were clean and the views were great. Overall, I was really impressed. The only negative was that on our second day of cleaning we noticed the sheets hadn't been changed, the bed was just remade, and the floor looked like it wasn't swept/vacuumed. The water pressure in the shower was also pretty weak, but not bad enough to keep us from returning.

Paid for a higher floor, wasn’t given the preferred floor. Even though I arrived hours early before check-in time. The room was dirty the floor wasn’t cleaned. And balcony chairs were dirty too. Don’t pay this kind of money for this room. There are other branded hotels with the same level of service with less price. I thought the breakfast would be nice but it wasn’t. The bathroom was clean, valet parking was 11 bucks which was cheaper than most parking garages around.

The property location was fantastic for access to the beach and shops and other sights around the VA Beach and Norfolk area. The hotel also has a nice pool and great breakfast and good workout room. The noise from the military jets was fairly constant and the only negative part of the stay.

Our stay was very nice. Most employees were polite and professional except for one young lady working at the bar. She had blonde hair and glasses. Her name began with an L. She is very very rude and unprofessional.
