The downside is there is no restaurant in the facility. They rely on a restaurant leased separately. The result is no food available on Mondays at all and limited hours when they are open. Normal restaurant hours but not food service hours in a five star hotel

Our a/c was broken and it took five complaints to get it resolved. The tabletops were filthy and didn’t get cleaned after we asked. The room was outdated- think 1992 and across the street from a noisy bar with police calls. Lousy experience!

The coffee/tea station was lacking variety. The bathroom toliet seat was loose. A/c can only be turned down to 68. I know you are in the middle of renovations and maybe these items are being addressed.
