Unorganized front staff and property. Restaurant and bar staff were outstanding. It was our 25th anniversary and on 3 separate occasions, reservations, 2 weeks before check-in and checkin I ordered roses for my wife. Never got them. Saturday night for a nice dinner in the restaurant at 10pm they BLASTED rap style music my wife and I couldn’t talk. This place was top notched but not anymore. I’ll stay next time up at the Cavalier

Beautiful property steps away from beach and restaurant on site. Breakfast service seemed a little slow and unorganized one mor ing but may have been an isolated incident. Not allowed to grab and go at the breakfast buffet was disappointing on the day of departure as we left at 6am. Parking was convenient but pricey.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Property was clean, only big problem for me was the elevator. Only 3 to start and 2 out of the three weren’t working, lead to wait times to get to my room which was on the 14th floor. Had to climb the stairs multiple times to avoid 30 minute wait time to get to my room.
