The room met our needs. The lobby and outside were nice and clean and I felt safe on the premises. The pool was closed which was a miss for me, my kids would have really enjoyed it. The breakfast was not impressive. The pancakes were hard. I had to take my family to breakfast outside of the hotel every morning because they wouldn’t eat the complimentary one at the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay and I would go back when I visit the area.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean. Staff was very helpful and parking was easy. In a good neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. We were disappointed that the pool was closed. We will stay here again.

My toilet wouldn’t flush the toilet was loose and there wasn’t in soap in bathroom the room smell like old and stale and the bed is old mattress

I checked in with my husband and two sons. We were told we could not bring a birthday cake and balloons because it indicates we’re having a party. With no other guests other than those checked in, we were unable to bring in balloons and a cake. Extremely disappointed that even though we had no other people in the room and intended in having no guests... we paid for a room where we couldn’t enjoy cake and balloons just for our family to celebrate amongst the four of us at the hotel. Ridiculous. There was also a big leak in the front of the hotel where a bucket was on the floor collecting water.
